The Foundation is currently raising funds for a 112 bed Critical Care Unit at The Shree Krishna Hospital, in Gujarat. Ranked as one of Gujarat’s most professional healthcare centres, The Shree Krishna Hospital has over 31 years of experience in the field of medical treatment, research and education. The Hospital’s principal belief is that the core ideal of medicine is to care and to lend a helping hand. There is no charge for registration, consultations or to stay in the general wards for those who cannot afford it and all emergency cases are treated without question. The Shanta Foundation believes that The Shree Krishna Hospital is an impressive organisation, with a high level of accreditation, and is proud to raise the £800,000 required for the Critical Care Unit, starting with a Gala Dinner to be held in November 2016.
